Our case management team supports families and individuals in the wider Belconnen and Gungahlin regions. Through case management, we:

• Provide information and advocacy
• Work collaboratively to explore options
• Provide practical assistance to help people experiencing a range of challenges

We support people to develop confidence and community connections and empower them to access other supports they may need now, and in the future.
